📅 Date: Friday, May 22, 2026
⏰ Time: 19:15 – 21:00 CET
💻 Format: Online

This lecture explores feminist jurisprudence as a critical framework that challenges patriarchal assumptions embedded within legal systems. It examines how laws have historically reflected and reinforced gender inequalities, marginalizing women’s experiences and voices. The session highlights key feminist legal theories, including liberal, radical, and intersectional approaches, and evaluates their role in reshaping legal norms. By analysing contemporary issues such as reproductive rights, workplace discrimination, and gender-based violence, the lecture underscores the need for a more inclusive and equitable legal order that recognizes diverse identities and lived realities.

Join us to gain valuable insights into the Feminist Jurisprudence: Challenging Patriarchy in Legal Systems, presented by an experienced academic with a global perspective.
